Support Facility Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintenance of building systems including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and life safety.
Coordinate and monitor preventive/corrective maintenance and contractor performance for both technical and soft services ensuring compliance with statutory and client standards.
