Own end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities across multiple sites in India, including developing and executing procurement strategies.
Lead RFPs, contract negotiations, bid analysis, supplier performance management, and ensure compliance with JLL policies and regulations.
Drive adoption, implementation, and training of Jaggaer e-procurement platform and collaborate with cross-functional teams including cost management and central procurement for strategy and operational support.
3 to 6 years of relevant procurement experience with detailed knowledge of sourcing, supplier marketplace, and spend category management.
Fluent in written and oral English; proficient in MS applications and procurement systems (Jaggaer).
Knowledge of Power BI required.

Experience working in centralized procurement within a corporate or real estate services environment, handling multi-location sourcing and supplier management.
Strong analytical and numeracy skills to perform cost modeling and procurement data analysis.
Capable of stakeholder engagement at multiple organizational levels with effective communication for cross-regional collaboration and procurement governance.
