Own customer threat intelligence outcomes by reviewing findings, identifying critical incidents, and communicating business impacts to CISOs and security teams.
Conduct weekly incident triage in collaboration with analysts, prioritizing and summarizing incidents for customers to ensure prompt action and closure.
Act as a security consultant to customers by understanding their environment, simplifying complex threats, advising on next steps, and linking findings to business risk.
3–7 years of experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, SOC, customer success, technical account management, security consulting, or security operations.
Strong understanding of security incidents and business risk with ability to communicate effectively with analysts and CISOs.

Experienced in translating technical cyber threat intelligence into clear business risk communication for senior security stakeholders.

Familiarity with diverse threat domains such as dark web threats, brand impersonation, infrastructure vulnerabilities, cloud risks, AI security risks, and third-party vendor risks.
