Own end-to-end delivery outcomes for multiple technical programs spanning infrastructure, DevOps, and IT operations.
Maintain real-time, accurate portfolio views including project status, milestones, blockers, risks, and cross-team dependencies to prevent delivery conflicts.
Design and build AI-driven automation to streamline coordination, reporting, and operational rhythm, including dashboards and integration across Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Slack or Teams.
5+ years experience in engineering, infrastructure, IT operations, DevOps, technical delivery, or technical program management driving cross-team technical projects.
Hands-on experience with AI tools and demonstrated automation of manual or repetitive work is central to this role.
Strong competency in program management, ownership mindset, stakeholder communication, and data literacy including KPI dashboard creation.
