Oversee daily operations of soft services including housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, vendor management, and client service delivery ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
Conduct site inspections, manage vendor staff deployment, coordinate waste management, and support contract mobilization/demobilization.
Manage health, safety, compliance activities and coordinate budget tracking, cost control, and reporting for soft services.
