Own and manage operations for 10-15 commercial and retail sites in Southern India, ensuring smooth functioning across technical, soft services, and compliance aspects.
Develop and implement business policies, manage client and vendor agreements, prepare and monitor annual financial targets including CAM charges, budgets, and P&L forecasts.
Lead process improvements, audits, energy audits, and coordinate with agencies for approvals; oversee all operational departments including M&E, security, fire systems, and maintenance.
10-15 years of experience, with adequate exposure in Property Management/Facility Management.
Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Must have knowledge of CAM calculation, Fire Fighting systems, CCTV, HVAC, STP, ETP, WTP, electrical HT & LT systems.

Experienced in managing large scale property and facility operations across multiple sites with financial oversight capabilities.
Strong technical expertise in building systems such as fire safety, HVAC, electrical, and water treatment essential for operational excellence.
Capable of strategic vendor and client relationship management combined with leadership to oversee cross-functional teams and ensure compliance and process adherence.
