Responsible for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities including balance sheet and P&L fluctuation analyses.
Manage consolidation, inter-company transactions, reconciliations including foreign currency accounting and fixed assets balance sheet accounts.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, SOX requirements, and liaise with auditors for audits; support process improvements and ad hoc projects.
5-8 years overall professional experience with at least 2 years in Record-to-Report (R2R) domain including financial close, reconciliations, and reporting.
Degree in Accounting or relevant professional accountancy qualification.
Experience with GL/AP & AR functions in reputed MNCs preferred.
Location: On-site in Gurugram, India.
Experienced in working with US GAAP and familiar with financial systems like PeopleSoft or large-scale ERP.
Able to manage compliance with internal policies and SOX controls while coordinating across finance and controllership teams.
Capable of handling multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and driving process improvements.
