Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining the data privacy program including DPDPA compliance.
Serve as a key privacy advisor to business and product teams on data protection and privacy decisions.
Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments, risk assessments, and vendor contract privacy reviews; manage privacy incidents and data subject requests.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Law, Information Security, Privacy, or related fields.
2-5 years of experience in the Privacy domain.
In-depth knowledge of global privacy laws and frameworks including GDPR, DPDPA, CCPA, IT Act, and regulations from RBI, SEBI, IRDAI.
Location: Bangalore, full-time position (Headquarters).
Experience working in FinTech domain with understanding of various financial products and services.
Strong documentation, communication skills, and ability to develop policies, frameworks, and conduct privacy assessments.
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing privacy controls and trainings across the organization.
