Own end-to-end logistics operations including Origin to Sorting (O2S) and Sorting to Delivery (S2D) for a North India region with responsibility for 5-10 sorting hubs, 50+ delivery hubs, and 500+ delivery partners.
Ensure 99%+ on-time pickup, linehaul movement, and last-mile delivery turnaround time while driving cost per shipment reduction and SLA adherence.

Willingness to travel across North India hubs.
Experienced in managing large teams in high-pressure, high-volume logistics operations environments such as major e-commerce or 3PL companies.
Comfortable operating in metrics-driven roles focused on on-time delivery, cost optimization, and SLA management with data-driven decision making.
Familiarity or prior work experience with leading Indian e-commerce or logistics firms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Delhivery) and handling peak sales events.
