Support and maintain Software House C•CURE 9000 and Milestone XProtect physical security systems across multiple global locations.
Coordinate with regional security teams, operators, IT partners, and third-party vendors for deployments, upgrades, maintenance, and daily operations.
Perform system data validation, SQL-based reporting, audit activities, and assist in physical security platform integrations and project activities, including occasional after-hours support.
2 to 4 years of experience supporting physical security systems.
Hands-on experience with Software House C•CURE 9000 in an enterprise environment including configuration and daily operation.
Working knowledge of Windows server environments and SQL Server for queries and reporting.
C•CURE 9000 Certification required.
Experienced in supporting multi-site or global physical security environments and operational projects involving system deployments and upgrades.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse security teams, operators, vendors, and IT partners to meet operational and business needs.
Familiarity with Milestone XProtect, security certifications (ASIS, CompTIA, ISC2 or equivalent), and basic scripting (PowerShell) is a plus for smoother integration and technical troubleshooting.
