Manage and underwrite a portfolio of low-to-medium complexity corporate credit obligors, including authoring annual and quarterly review memos and low complexity transaction memos.
Build and maintain financial projection models under underwriter guidance; monitor client portfolios through analysis of financial statements, industry reports, and credit ratings.
Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and timely submission of workflows; support credit risk assessment and mitigation efforts including remediation tracking and internal testing follow-up.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
1-3 years of relevant experience in credit analysis or underwriting.
Strong foundational knowledge of financial analysis, financial modeling, and credit product documentation (e.g., ISDAs, credit/facility agreements).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience working under the guidance of senior credit underwriters managing credit risk within institutional or large corporate portfolios.
Ability to independently manage low-to-medium complexity credit transactions and apply internal credit policies consistently.
Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on timely and accurate credit memos and workflow submissions in a regulated financial environment.
