Own the design, management, and compliance of the Record to Report (RtR) Global Process Model including annual compliance cycles and refreshes.
Lead process design and delivery for major RtR transformation programs and continuous improvement projects, ensuring integration with business and technology.
Drive performance management for end-to-end RtR processes by developing and monitoring process metrics, ensuring compliance, and maintaining controls.
Qualified Accountant or equivalent Business Management degree in finance and accounts.
10-12 years of overall experience in Financial Accounting, including Record to Report operations.
Strong program/project management experience with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Working knowledge of SAP design functionality in Record to Report.
Experienced in global financial accounting frameworks with strong expertise in RtR process and controls.
Able to lead and develop remote, cross-location teams and collaborate with senior leadership and multiple business partners.
Familiarity with Unilever Financial Accounting Policies, SCOA, and RtR governance and controls is preferred but not mandatory.
