3-5 years of professional experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations transformation, or digital/automation delivery with hands-on project delivery.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, process mapping, business analysis documentation (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria), and supporting UAT.
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies; working knowledge of Excel data analysis; basic AI/GenAI understanding; familiarity with governance, risk, and control requirements.
Experienced in independently managing structured business analysis for well-defined workstreams with accountability for deliverables and adherence to controls and standards.
Strong collaborator able to communicate clearly across business and technical stakeholders, facilitating workshops, clarifying requirements, and supporting delivery teams.
Familiar with process improvement and automation evaluation, including AI/GenAI use cases and low-code/no-code automation frameworks, preferably within financial services or employee benefit related domains.
