Strong functional expertise in UKG Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, Leave Management, Payroll integration, and workforce compliance.
Experience leading client-facing implementations with cross-functional stakeholders in Manufacturing, Retail, or Healthcare preferred.
Comfortable managing complex projects, mentoring teams, and working in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on labor law compliance and risk mitigation.
