Develop and maintain complex pricing models to forecast profitability, revenue impact, and margin changes.
Collaborate with Commercial, Clinical/Operations, and Actuarial teams to support pricing strategy and present financial insights to executive leadership.
Support sales and marketing budget/forecast preparation and manage financial reporting and scenario modeling using Adaptive Insights and AI-powered analytics tools.
3–6 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, or operations finance; healthcare, BPO, or technology-enabled services industry preferred.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required.
Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office products.
Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana (preferred).
Experienced in building and maintaining detailed pricing models and confident presenting financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
Comfortable working cross-functionally across multiple functions and time zones with high organization.
Exposure to healthcare industry or medical billing/reimbursement models and experience with Adaptive Insights or AI-assisted analytics is a plus.
