Own end-to-end functional responsibilities for Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2) SCM modules including Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Supplier/Customer Data Hubs.
Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support for SCM modules.
Prepare Functional Design Documents and coordinate technical delivery of RICEFW components and manage L2/L3 support and incident resolution including root cause analysis.
6–8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2) SCM modules in AMS, support or implementation projects.
Strong functional expertise in Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory Management, Order Management; experience with Supplier Data Hub and Customer Data Hub preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B Tech) or MCA.
Experience in preparing Functional Design Documents and coordinating with technical teams for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).
Experienced in both functional design and coordination with technical teams for Oracle EBS SCM implementations and support.
Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and Oracle SCM module integrations, especially with Finance.
Capable of managing incident management lifecycle including root cause analysis and Oracle Service Request management at L2/L3 support levels.
