Provide L3 support for LoanIQ and other FFS ledger production incidents globally across APAC, LATAM, EMEA, and NAM regions.
Analyze data, review production issues, recommend solutions, and participate in application releases, including development, testing, deployment, and post-release validation.
Act as liaison between users, internal technology teams, and vendors; maintain technical support documentation; and assess risks in technology components.
Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in application support or related roles.
Bachelor’s or University degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience with problem management tools like JIRA and automation tools such as Fast Framework or Selenium.
Basic knowledge of Java and SQL, with ability to write queries using SQL developer.
Experienced in supporting financial applications, especially LoanIQ and FFS ledger functions, with cross-regional exposure.
Capable of independent judgment and autonomy in resolving complex issues with attention to risk and compliance.
Strong communicator with developed diplomacy skills, able to engage senior stakeholders and coordinate between multiple teams and vendors.
