Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support for end-user devices, software, and enterprise applications, ensuring resolution within defined SLAs.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including device imaging, deployment, and patching using enterprise tools like Intune and SCCM.
Assist with identity/access management, endpoint security compliance, network troubleshooting, and coordinate with vendors for hardware maintenance.
1-3 years of professional experience in technical support or related field.
Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 administration and basic networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk).
Onsite work requirement: 5 days a week at office, shift coverage includes 8 AM–5 PM, 2 PM–11 PM, or 5:30 PM–2:30 AM.
Experienced in enterprise end-user support with proficiency in Windows administration and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Capable of handling multi-shift support environments, maintaining compliance with IT policies and security standards.
Comfortable working closely with global IT teams and external vendors to ensure operational continuity and effective incident management.
