Centrally assess operational control performance and assurance for IRM risk segments, focusing on monitoring and testing IRM-owned controls within the Manager’s Control Assessment (MCA).
Execute control monitoring and testing activities, support continuous improvement in accuracy, efficiency, and quality of MCA control testing.
Participate in strategic initiatives, control design assessments, leadership meetings, and assist in reporting for control tracking and risk identification.
2-5 years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions in financial services.
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
Working understanding of Risk Management including Enterprise, Credit, Model, and Market Risks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience in financial industry control-related functions with ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex risk and control activities and processes with knowledge of compliance laws and Citi’s policies.
Comfortable engaging with senior management and managing multiple priorities in a structured risk and control environment.
