Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex enterprise software issues including application, database, data-processing, reporting, and performance problems.
Analyze logs, Java stack traces, Oracle database queries, and reproduce issues to identify root causes and apply resolutions or workarounds.

Willingness to work EMEA support hours including weekends and on-call shifts.
Experienced in supporting complex Java-based enterprise applications involving large-volume data processing and customer-specific customizations.
Capable of detailed technical analysis of application and database layers, collaborating across global teams in support and engineering.
Comfortable communicating complex technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders during live incident management.
