Experienced in maintaining product ownership of commerce applications with focus on feature development and production support in agile teams.
Skilled in troubleshooting complex production issues through logs, debugging, and monitoring tools, indicating an operationally mature engineering mindset.
Strong understanding of e-commerce transactional flows and external system integrations such as payment providers, OMS, and ERP/ECC is preferred.
