Provide financial oversight and ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations in the local market.
Manage US-GAAP accounting tasks including closing, accruals, reconciliations, financial consolidation, and procure-to-pay functions.
Support internal controls, SOX documentation, audit processes, statutory accounts, and act as liaison for external auditors and authorities.
Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent local/international accounting qualification (ACCA, ACMA, etc.) required.
4-6 years total professional experience with minimum 4 years in accounting or financial controlling.
Fluency in English and local language mandatory; third regional language preferred.
Knowledge of US-GAAP, SOX, local GAAP, statutory audits, and ERP systems (preferably SAP) preferred.
Experienced in handling local and global finance processes including statutory compliance and audit coordination.
Skilled in US-GAAP accounting within multinational or complex organizational settings.
Comfortable working with automation/transformation initiatives and interacting with global/regional finance teams.
