Own execution of day-to-day controllership activities, supporting month-end and quarter-end closing tasks like journal entries and reconciliations across assigned markets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (finance, tax, treasury, procurement) to resolve accounting and finance issues and maintain compliance with controls and audit requirements.
Support reporting deliverables including dashboards and close packs, while identifying and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and control.

Proven experience in month-end close activities, balance sheet reconciliation, journal entries, accruals, and financial controls.
Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong Excel skills; experience in S4 Hana implementation is highly advantageous.
Experienced in multinational finance or shared services environments involving multi-entity controllership responsibilities.
Demonstrated capability to independently manage recurring finance deliverables with attention to detail and multiple deadlines.
Ability to coordinate effectively with diverse finance and business stakeholders across geographies, maintaining control compliance and reporting accuracy.
