Own end-to-end technical execution of live, hybrid, and virtual events across multiple Amgen venues including auditoriums and control rooms.

Bachelor’s degree.
2-5 years of engineering and/or event production experience supporting live, hybrid, and virtual events in corporate or similar professional settings.
Hands-on expertise with professional audio systems including microphones, mixers, Dante audio workflows, and live troubleshooting.
Experience with professional video systems, including NDI workflows, production switching, streaming, webcasting platforms, and virtual meeting tools like Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
Proven ability to manage complex AV production setups for large corporate or enterprise events with a focus on live and hybrid formats.
Strong technical proficiency with Dante audio and NDI video workflows, streaming technologies, and enterprise collaboration tools.
Demonstrated experience working under pressure during live events, delivering polished results while coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.
