Own the administration and governance of employee benefit programs including Car Lease, Leave, Daycare, and Insurance ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Manage vendor relationships including onboarding, service delivery, performance reviews, and coordinate financial processes such as purchase orders, invoice validation, accruals, and payments.
Maintain and audit benefits data for reporting, compliance, governance, and lead process improvements through automation and simplification initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
6–9 years of experience in Benefits Operations, Total Rewards, HR Operations, or closely related roles.
Experience managing employee benefit programs and external vendor partnerships.
Working knowledge of finance/procurement processes and proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS platforms like Workday or SuccessFactors is required; Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
Experienced in handling complex benefits administration operations with multi-stakeholder coordination across HR, Payroll, Finance, and vendors.
Detail-oriented with strong data management and reporting skills, capable of maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
Skilled in vendor management and finance coordination within HR functions, comfortable driving process improvements and managing multiple operational priorities.
