Reconcile booking data against original SAP orders line by line to ensure accuracy for FP&A revenue reporting and forecasting.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in bookings, maintain reconciliation logs, and identify non-renewals and attrition impacting churn and retention reporting.
Communicate with Sales, Deal Desk, and Sales Operations stakeholders to manage reconciliation cases and support month-end and quarter-end close audit readiness.
3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in FP&A, controllership, or related finance role in a large multinational.
Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience with SAP (order and booking data) and CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics or SFDC.
Strong Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Power BI skills; macro/SQL knowledge is advantageous.
Experienced in FP&A or bookings reconciliation with a strong understanding of sales order and revenue processes.
Comfortable managing detailed, line-by-line data reconciliation under tight, recurring close deadlines in a multinational environment.
Able to communicate clearly and frequently with cross-functional teams including Sales and Sales Operations to resolve data discrepancies.
