Accountable for accurate and timely accounting, reporting, and analysis of revenue-related activities including investment income, management fees, and incentive fees.
Prepare and maintain revenue accounting schedules, perform reconciliations, and post journal entries related to fund revenue transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reconcile cash activities, support month-end/quarter-end closes, implement finance system enhancements, and drive process improvements.
3-4 years of post-qualification accounting experience with significant exposure to revenue accounting including investment income, management fees, and incentive fee arrangements.
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
Strong knowledge and practical application of US GAAP, specifically ASC 606 (Revenue from Contracts with Customers).
Experience in asset management, banking, private equity, or financial services preferred; experience with Workday Financials or similar ERP systems is a plus.
Experienced in interpreting complex fee arrangements, investment management agreements, and incentive compensation structures.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills demonstrated through responsibility for reconciliations, variance analyses, and accounting policy adherence.
Collaborative working style capable of coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders and leading projects while driving operational efficiency.
