Provide end-to-end functional support primarily for SAP PP and secondarily for QM, ensuring system reliability and adherence to business SLAs.
Lead and participate in SAP rollouts, upgrades, migrations, including S/4HANA transformations, managing incidents, service requests, changes, and enhancements.

Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, Jira, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and hybrid project delivery models to fit project and operational demands.
