Manage end-to-end proposal development for complex spare parts and modernization projects for Separation Equipment (Thickening and Flotation).
Ensure proposals are technically accurate, commercially sound, and submitted on time following internal approval and margin guidelines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Experienced in handling technical-commercial proposals for heavy industry equipment, especially separation equipment within mining or cement sectors.
Able to coordinate across multidisciplinary global teams and manage proposal processes with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Skilled in analyzing complex customer requirements and maintaining standardized, timely, and margin-compliant proposal submissions.
