Own end-to-end fixed asset management including creation, maintenance, capitalization, reclassification, disposal, and depreciation in ERP systems.
Perform fixed asset balance sheet reconciliations and prepare related journal entries on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Support Global Services team by generating fixed asset reports and closing CAR (Capital Asset Requests).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
3-5 years experience specifically in Fixed Assets and Fixed Assets Reconciliation.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably LN, SAGE, and MS Excel; Workday experience preferred.
Experience in BPO or Shared Services environment.
Experienced in fixed asset processes within large enterprise or shared service operations.
Comfortable working with ERP systems and performing accurate financial reconciliations.
Operates effectively under shift work conditions and can manage transactions with accuracy and timeliness to meet internal customer satisfaction metrics.
