Own customer relationship management by acting as the primary liaison between US-based customers and internal teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of manufacturing orders.
Manage multiple concurrent manufacturing projects end-to-end, including prioritizing requests, resolving issues, and advocating for customer needs throughout the order lifecycle.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations to drive continuous improvement and adherence to project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or MBA mandatory.
Minimum 4 years of experience in program management, project management, supply chain, or customer-facing operations.
Must be available to work 9:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST (aligned to US Pacific business hours); hybrid work schedule (3 nights in office, 2 remote).
Fluent in written and spoken English; experience working with US-based customers or during US business hours preferred.
Experienced in supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), low-volume production, or rapid prototyping manufacturing programs.
Strong project management skills, preferably with PMP certification or comparable knowledge of project/operations management.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced operations environment requiring strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills to manage tight deadlines and high standards.
