Manage a team of 15 to 20 full-time employees ensuring smooth day-to-day operations meeting productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
Drive and monitor denial management and accounts receivable (AR) optimization including analysis of denial trends and corrective actions.
Lead operational performance through KPI tracking, process improvements, audits, compliance, and training support as needed.
Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Must have knowledge of denial management, Medicare, Medicaid, ICD & CPT codes related to denials, and AR follow-up processes.
Good oral and written communication skills with strong analytical abilities.
Experienced in leading sizable teams within RCM or medical billing environments with focus on denial management.
Able to prioritize and manage individual and team workflow with emphasis on operational stability and continuous improvement.
Familiar with AR calling processes, denial resolution, and capable of mentoring or training junior staff members.
