Manage day-to-day operations and performance of a large Accounts Receivable team with a span of control of 100 to 150 associates.
Ensure compliance with departmental policies and corporate standards, oversee work allocation, productivity, quality, and conduct relevant reporting for internal and client review.
Handle US client interactions and escalations, with expertise in denial management and AR scenarios across Federal and Commercial payor mixes including Medicare, Medicaid, ICD & CPT codes.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree mandatory.
10+ years of experience in the Health Care industry required.
Minimum 3+ years experience managing and mentoring large teams.
Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.
Experienced leader with demonstrated ability to manage large teams and exceed performance targets in healthcare accounts receivable operations.
Strong knowledge of AR scenarios, denial management, Medicare, Medicaid, and associated coding critical for success.
Comfortable engaging with US clients and handling escalations while driving operational priorities and process improvements, including automation initiatives.
