Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including shipment tracking, milestone updates, reporting, and exception handling for 3PL, 4PL, and Destination Container Management (DCM).
Coordinate vendor and customer communications, ensure timely and accurate delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and KPI tracking.
Support automation initiatives via testing, validation, and process feedback; maintain SOPs, documentation, and support internal training activities.
Graduate with 3–7 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, freight forwarding, or shared services operations.
Working knowledge of 3PL/4PL supply chain operations, shipment lifecycle, milestone tracking, and reporting.
Strong written communication skills with experience handling customer and stakeholder emails.
Good MS Excel skills; exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, AI tools or reporting automation preferred.
Experienced in high-volume, deadline-driven SCM operational environments requiring attention to detail and ownership.
Able to manage multiple stakeholders across teams, vendors, and customers with professionalism and timely communication.
Capable of supporting process automation and continuous improvement initiatives through testing and documentation upkeep.
