Manage end-to-end supply chain operations across 3PL, 4PL, and Destination Container Management processes focusing on accurate, timely shipment tracking, reporting, and exception handling.
Drive customer experience through professional communication, milestone updates, KPI tracking, and operational reporting deliverables.
Support automation initiatives and maintain process documentation (SOPs, IOPs, trackers) to ensure consistency and compliance in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Experienced in operational execution within complex multi-party logistics environments including vendor coordination and customer updates.
Comfortable managing high-volume tasks with strong attention to detail, ownership, and time management under pressure.
Proficient with reporting tools and automation support (Power BI, Power Automate, AI tools) with capability to maintain and enhance process documentation.
