Own end-to-end Lead Logistics operations post-booking including shipment execution, documentation, visibility, and reporting across 3PL, 4PL, and DCM workflows.
Drive KPI governance and lead root cause analysis to ensure process stability, performance improvement, and corrective action implementation.
Identify and deliver automation/AI opportunities collaborating with technology teams; mentor junior team members and provide leadership updates on process health and risks.
Graduate degree required.
5–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, logistics, freight forwarding or shared services operations.
Strong operational knowledge of 3PL/4PL supply chain workflows and import/export processes; good understanding of DCM/destination management preferred.
Shift timing: 6 PM to 3 AM (can be rotational based on business needs).
Experienced in handling complex logistics operations with strong stakeholder communication and customer escalation management skills.
Data-driven operator skilled in KPI governance, RCA, advanced Excel, and familiar with Power BI, Power Automate, and automation tools.
Proactive in process standardization, automation enablement, and mentoring within cross-functional supply chain environments.
