Manage end-to-end Returns & Reverse Logistics operations including air freight coordination, warehouse and inventory management for high-value technology products.
Lead a team of 25–30 employees, ensuring SLA/KPI achievement, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination across global customers, carriers, and internal teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and operational excellence while managing SAP transaction processing and operational governance.

8–10 years’ experience in Air Freight, Reverse Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or Supply Chain Operations with strong SAP MM/WM/EWM expertise.
Proven ability to manage inventory reconciliation, warehouse operations, and resolve complex customer escalations in technology, electronics, manufacturing, or logistics sectors.
Demonstrated leadership in driving team performance, operational improvements, and managing cross-functional stakeholder expectations.
