Own the accurate generation, validation, and dispatch of invoices related to customs services including recording revenue charges, taxes, and incidental costs in job systems like Kewill.
Ensure month-end closure activities and compliance with internal and external financial controls for customs transactions.
Manage customer relationships through professional communication, resolve disputes, and support compliance reviews and reporting needs including KPIs and MIS.
Any Graduate degree required.
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience; Finance background is an advantage but not mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel is required.
Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts (excluding night shifts); Shipping/Logistics background preferred.
Experienced in handling financial operations in customs or logistics domains with exposure to invoice and cost validation processes.
