Execute day-to-day GRC activities such as control testing, evidence review, and documentation following defined methodologies and quality standards.
Coordinate with stakeholders for data requirements, process understanding, and issue discussions; document and maintain records to ensure audit readiness.
Support issue monitoring, update GRC tools with action plans and remediation evidence, assist in data extraction and reporting, and help with 1st Line of Defense trainings.
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
4-5 years of post-qualification experience in GRC, internal audit, risk assurance, compliance testing, or similar roles.
Hands-on experience in control testing, evidence review, documentation, issue tracking, and remediation activities.
Foundational understanding of COSO / ERM frameworks and basic exposure to GRC tools.
Experienced in applying structured methodologies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in GRC or audit environments.
Capable of coordinating with diverse stakeholders and managing detailed documentation for audit readiness.
Able to support assurance engagements with practical knowledge of controls, risk assessments, and remediation processes.
