Graduate or Postgraduate degree with 4-5 years of experience in operations, financial analysis, or shipping and logistics business.
Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong skills in Windows Applications and MS Excel (including v-lookup, pivots, complex formulae); night shift willingness mandatory.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in data-driven solutions; proficiency in Power BI, Python or R is a plus but not mandatory.
Experienced in managing complex logistics operations with a focus on continuous freight flow efficiency and operational issue resolution.
Comfortable working full night shifts and interacting directly with multiple stakeholders including drivers and clients.
Capable of data analysis and using multiple platforms and tools to communicate and implement operational improvements.
