Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, 3PL and/or 4PL import/export operations.
Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines when required.
Experienced in managing complex 4PL or supply chain logistics processes across origin and destination.
Strong documentation skills including creation of SOPs, internal procedures, and effective communication with international stakeholders.
Ability to operate under pressure meeting tight timelines with a focus on customer-centric service delivery and proactive problem resolution.
