Oversee and execute day-to-day processing of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions impacting Equity Swaps portfolios, ensuring accurate booking and compliance with control frameworks.
Act as escalation point and subject matter expert for complex issues, partnering with Trading, Swap Operations, Stock Loan, Custody, and Risk teams to manage lifecycle events and resolve discrepancies.

Availability to work NA shift from 7:00 pm to 4:00 am IST and ability to work 4 days per week from Mumbai office.
Familiarity with front-office exception management and systems such as NUVO, TRAIANA, DUCO is an advantage.
Experienced in managing high-complexity, high-risk corporate action processes with clear accountability for maintaining control standards and escalation frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with trading, custody, and risk teams to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency in a global Prime Services context.
Comfortable operating independently under pressure with strong problem-solving and investigative skills in a fast-paced capital markets environment.
