Own and produce business management reporting for the Product organization including dashboards, scorecards, and monthly business review materials with executive summaries.
Manage headcount tracking, capacity analysis, and workforce planning in collaboration with Finance, HR, and CAO.
Support risk identification, governance, OKR tracking, and development of strategic Product narratives and operating model documentation.
Bachelor's degree required.
6+ years of work experience, preferably in CAO, business management, strategy, consulting, or transformation roles.
Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., Copilot) and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Experience working with headcount, financial, and workforce data and collaborating with Finance and HR partners.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear executive insights and narratives for senior leadership.
Experience operating in a matrixed, fast-paced, and highly regulated environment with strong execution rigor.
Prior exposure to Product, Investment Services, or related financial services functions preferred.
