Own day-to-day processing and validation of reference data covering securities across various asset types and static data within the Reference Data Services team.
Act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure accurate, timely data delivery to clients across regions.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements while maintaining accountability and adherence to procedures under tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business-related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Reference Data services or related domains such as Equity, Fixed Income, derivatives, Trade processing, or trade monitoring.
Willingness to work in shifts covering APAC, EMEA, or US time zones.
Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office; familiarity with systems like GTM, RKS, Bloomberg, Reuters, or DTCC is preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced in operational roles within Reference Data or similar financial data domains, capable of managing high-volume data under tight deadlines.
Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders to manage issue resolution and process optimization.
Able to work independently with strong sense of ownership and adapt to shift-based schedules across global time zones.
