Own end-to-end FX trade confirmation and settlement process ensuring timely settlement aligned with market deadlines and internal SLAs.
Investigate and resolve settlement fails and discrepancies by liaising with counterparties, custodians, and internal teams including front office, compliance, finance, claims, and IT.
Support process improvements, technology development, and operational risk compliance including participation in Change the Bank and Run the Bank projects.
5 to 7+ years of experience in Financial Services industry in FX confirmations and settlements or related operations.
Graduate degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field (B.COM, BBA, MBA Finance, M.COM or equivalent).
Mandatory knowledge of FX products (spot, forward, swaps, NDFs, options) and platforms such as SWIFT, FXALL, GTSS, Bloomberg, Misys, CLS, and LCH.
Shift timing: Late EMEA hours (4pm to 1am IST); location: Hyderabad or Mumbai.
Deep operational expertise in FX confirmation and settlement processes including interbank, corporate, CLS, and payment lifecycle knowledge.
Experience working cross-functionally with business, compliance, risk, finance, and technology teams to manage trade lifecycle and issue resolution.
Technical aptitude or experience with automation, macros, SQL, and database queries, plus relevant certifications (NCFM, CISI) to support process improvements and testing initiatives.
