Manage end-to-end preparation and first-level review of client financial statements, portfolio schedules, and mandatory regulatory reports ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Lead and coach team members, coordinate workflow, estimate personnel needs, and drive adherence to procedures and deadlines to manage risk effectively.
Coordinate activities across departments and global partners, implement process improvements and automation, and resolve client issues and ad-hoc requests.
2+ to 4+ years of experience in Fund Financial Reporting, accounting, or finance field preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Economics specialized in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred; CA/CPA/ACCA or similar professional qualification preferred.
Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS preferred.
Must be able to work shifts overlapping US, APAC, and EMEA hours as per training and operational requirements.
Experienced in fund accounting or financial reporting with ability to perform detailed review and error resolution under tight deadlines.
Strong operational leadership skills including training, workflow management, and risk control in a global, multi-shift environment.
Proficient in financial analysis with ability to use/advocate technology tools and automation for process enhancement.
