Manage and prioritize incoming incident and service request tickets, classifying issues by severity and complexity (Level 1 or 2).
Conduct initial investigation, root-cause analysis, and troubleshooting for ERP system Maconomy modules including AP, AR, GL, FA, HR, and others.
Maintain communication with users to update on progress and resolve issues while owning problem resolution or escalating as needed.
3–4 years experience in Support Analyst or similar role with ERP system support, specifically Maconomy.
Strong knowledge of Maconomy Financials modules: AP, AR, GL, FA, HR, Sales Orders, Timesheets, Expenses, Contract Management, Subscriptions, Reporting, Banking.
Experience with ticketing and incident tracking systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experienced in troubleshooting and supporting complex ERP modules with demonstrated ability in root-cause analysis and issue resolution.
Familiar with ITIL best practices and frameworks, preferably with ITIL Foundation Certification and Maconomy Financials training or certification.
Able to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
