Lead and manage global transfer pricing operations including monthly/quarterly calculations, journal entries, and intercompany invoicing to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Develop and maintain transfer pricing models and leverage tax technology tools (Alteryx, Power BI/Tableau, Power Automate, Oracle, SAP, etc.) for automation, compliance, and data quality improvement.
Manage compliance with transfer pricing documentation (local files, master file, CbCR), SOX controls, handle audits, and collaborate across tax, finance, legal, and business teams on regulatory and operational matters.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or related field.
Minimum 3+ years of transfer pricing experience in public accounting, consulting, or multinational environment with hands-on intercompany calculations and invoicing.
Strong knowledge of US, OECD, and local transfer pricing regulations and documentation requirements.
Proficiency in tax technology tools such as Alteryx, Power BI/Tableau, Power Automate, Oracle, SAP, and experience with SOX compliance; willingness to work U.S. time zone support hours (approx. 3:00 PM – midnight IST).
Experienced in managing centralized transfer pricing COE operations and driving standardization and scalability globally.
Skilled in integrating tax technology and automation in transfer pricing processes and improving operational efficiency.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with legal, tax, finance, and business units to align transfer pricing strategy with compliance and financial objectives.
