Lead and manage tax fixed asset processes, including periodic reconciliation, tax cost recovery analysis, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is mandatory.
Minimum 3+ years experience in tax operations focused on fixed assets and cost recovery, including US federal and state tax compliance.
Willingness to work US time zone support hours (approx. 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST).
Experienced in managing complex global tax fixed asset processes and lead cross-functional tax projects.
Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Experienced with tax technology implementations, automation, and digital transformation in tax functions, preferably with Big Four firm exposure.
