Manage the U.S. Tax Compliance & Reporting functions including federal and multistate tax returns, payments, and documentation.
Lead Tax Operations Center of Excellence initiatives focused on standardizing, scaling, and optimizing global tax processes, including process improvements via automation and digital transformation.
Collaborate cross-functionally and with external consultants on ASC 740 tax provisions, transfer pricing support, tax planning, and compliance, while mentoring junior tax professionals.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; MBA acceptable.
Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is mandatory.
Minimum 6 years of experience in U.S. federal tax compliance, reporting, ASC 740 tax accounting and/or U.S. multistate tax compliance.
Must be available to work shift hours aligned to U.S. time zones (~3 PM to midnight IST).
Experienced in managing tax compliance with strong project management skills across cross-functional and geographically diverse teams.
Proven ability to lead tax process standardization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives within tax functions.
Background in tax accounting (ASC 740), transfer pricing support, and global tax planning including restructuring and M&A transactions.
